NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VR 09-04 requesting approval of a Variance from the surfacing requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parking area surfaced with base rock in conjunction with MMU 09-08 requesting approval of a Minor Modification to a previously approved Major Use Permit, UP 07-08, to allow for the temporary storage of boats, recreational vehicles and private non-commercial vehicles. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 07-23.
