NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 09-01 proposing a two year time extension for Stonebrook Meadows Subdivision SD 05-08 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 49 residential lots and one common area lot on 13.65 acres. The project is located at 21000 Santa Clara Road, Middletown, CA, APN 014-380-09. The project applicant is Clement Carinalli. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-04. The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisor’s Chambers in the Courthouse on August 27, 2009 at 9:05 a.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application, Minor Use Permit 09-23 to allow for a 5000 square foot office and commercial building, relocation and addition of fuel pumps, relocation of a storage building, and a coffee kiosk. The project applicant is Westgate Petroleum. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-23. The project is located at 3740 Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, APN 008-022-31. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
