NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 08-11 proposing the Caravan Lounge, a cocktail lounge with amplified voice and/or music. The project applicant is E.E. Robertson. The Planning Commission will consider adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-39.
