NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 08-37 for a proposed grading permit (GR 08-63) to develop a 46.4 acre vineyard. The project applicant is Nova Vineyards. The project is located at 5878 & 6073 Staheli Dr., Kelseyville (APN 007-013-07 & 008-050-73). The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
