NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 09-22 of Verizon Wireless in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the replacement of five antennas with nine panel antennas and associated improvements to facilitate collocation on an existing cellular communications tower located at 1390 Scotts Valley Road, Lakeport, APN 015-004-18. The height of the tower will be reduced from 142 feet to approximately 125 feet.
