NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ALONG WITH THE PROPOSED LAKE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN UPDATE. The Draft EIR discusses the effects of the proposed General Plan Update, which sets forth a 20-year development plan for the unincorporated area of the County of Lake.


The Draft EIR and Policy Document are available for review by the public on the Community Development Department’s link on the County Website: www.co.lake.ca.us Copies of these documents are also available at the County Libraries, and at the Lake County Community Development Department, 255 North Forbes Street, 3rd Floor of the County Courthouse, Lakeport, California.
