NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PMX 07-09, proposing a two-year extension of time for an approved tentative Parcel Map (PM 05-06). The project applicant is Manuel Adams. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-20. The project is located at 2232 Riggs Road, Lakeport and further described APNs 005-026-32 and 015-008-01.
The staff report will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold public hearings to consider applications GPC 08-03, GR 08-03, and GPC 08-04, GR 08-04 proposing to construct two solar power generation facilities at the Northwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant to power the County Jail and NW Wastewater Treatment Plant, respectively. The Project applicant is SunPower Inc. The projects are located at 4717, 5753 and 5965 Hill Road, Lakeport and further described as APN’s 003-046-30, 30, 31, 68 & 70.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of Mitigated Negative Declarations for the grading permits based on Initial Studies IS 07-78, and IS 07-77, respectively. The proposed mitigated negative declarations will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearings and the staff reports will be available ten (10) before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application VR 07-07 proposing a Variance to the Lake County Shoreline Ordinance to allow the reconstruction and replacement of a commercial marina. This project qualifies for a Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project applicant is Serenity Cove LLC, P.O. Box 449, El Verano, CA. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of the Variance for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-61. The project is located at 6035 Old Highway 53, Clearlake CA and further described as APN 010-028-03 .
The proposed Variance and Categorical Exemption from CEQA will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
