NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-22 proposing a major use permit for Brassfield Large Reservoir Project. The project applicant is Jerry Brassfield. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-70. The project is located at 11700 Warrens Way, Clearlake Oaks, CA and further described as APN 006-007-35. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
