NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 5, 2007. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-29 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 2.32 acres to create 4 parcels. The project applicant is Lynne and Bernard Butcher. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-98. The project is located at 5500 Live Oak Drive in Kelseyville and further described as APN 008-710-14.
