NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 07-02 proposing a two year time extension for Creekside Oaks Estates Subdivision SD 04-05 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 30 residential lots on 14 acres, for GPD 04-01 and UP 04-16 proposing a General and Specific Plans of Development and for the creation of new lots in the floodway fringe. The project is located at 18765 Hartmann Road, Middletown, and further described as APN 014-260-24. The project applicant is Leo Wheeler. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 04-36. The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
