NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 06-63) based on Initial Study 06-106 for John and Joanne Van Eck in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a commercial stable, riding academy and clubhouse facility. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application AM 07-03 and CE 07-110 proposing amendments to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to telecommunications facilities, including Cellular towers.
