AS A LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SD 07-01 and UP 07-02 proposing to sub-divide 12.99 acres into 11 residential lots and a use permit allowing four lots to exceed the maximum 3:1 length to width ratio for the “R1” zoning district. The project applicant is Dennis De La Montanya. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-06.
