NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lakeport City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance No. 867 (2007) amending Chapter 12.04 of the Lakeport Municipal Code by revising the construction right-of-way improvement regulations on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street. If you have questions or comments or would like a copy of the proposed ordinance, please call the City Clerk’s Office at 263-5615, Extension 12.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-37 and UP 07-10 proposing a parcel map to subdivide an approximately 2.9 acre parcel into three (3) parcels in a Floodway Fringe Combining District. The project applicants are Eric and Deborah Stone. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-114. The project is located at 4484 Sylar Lane, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 008-051-83. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisor’s Chamber in the Courthouse on the July 12, 2007 at 9:20 a.m., before the Planning Commission. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission, at, or prior to, the public hearings.
