      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 5, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2007 at 3:30 P.M., in Conference Room “B” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 02-16 proposing major use permit for the continued operation of a cement batch plant including a crushing, screening and washing facility and processing of aggregate material with a maximum annual processing of 75,000 tons of imported aggregate.   The Project applicant is Granite Construction Company.  The project is located at 3550 Big Valley Road, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 008-038-16 & 42.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for the use permit based on Initial Study IS 02-44.  The proposed negative declaration will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Melissa Floyd, who may be reached at (707) 245-9740 or by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-29 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 2.32 acres to create 4 parcels.  The project applicant is Lynne and Bernard Butcher.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-98.  The project is located at 5500 Live Oak Drive in Kelseyville and further described as APN 008-710-14.  The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M.
