      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 5, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2007 at 3:30 P.M., in Conference Room “B” of the Community Development Department, 3^rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-29 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 2.32 acres to create 4 parcels.  The project applicant is Lynne and Bernard Butcher.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-98.  The project is located at 5500 Live Oak Drive in Kelseyville and further described as APN 008-710-14.  The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M.
