PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:
- Conditional Use Permits CUP 2021-05 through 2021-08 for commercial cannabis cultivation/processing, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery only dispensary, along with accompanying Development Agreement DA 2021-04 and Cannabis Business/Regulatory Permit CBRP 2021-04, for the establishment of a cannabis operation located at 2185 Ogulin Canyon Road, Clearlake, CA 95422 further described as APN: 010-044-17-000.
