NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2015, at 9:15 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING of a proposed amendment to urgency ordinance no. 3002 adopting emergency water conservation restrictions for County Service Area No. 18, Starview Water System.
Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-10 of J. Kumar Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 1000-gallon propane tank with dispenser, located at 7990 S State Hwy 29 (Kits Corner), Kelseyville, APN 009-023-04.
