NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 15-05 requesting a two year time extension for a tentative subdivision map that was approved by Subdivision SD 05-08, UP 05-16.
The project applicant is Sally Kalaveras.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-54.
The project is located at 21000 Santa Clara Road, Middletown, APN 014-380-09.
The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE ADDING SECTION 10-8 TO CHAPTER X OF THE CLEARLAKE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SHOPPING CARTS
(SUMMARY PUBLICATION)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adopting Ordinance No. 178-2015 at the City Council meeting at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, on December 10, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter.
The purpose of this ordinance is to ensure that measures are taken by cart owners to prevent the removal of shopping carts from store premises and parking lots and to facilitate the retrieval of abandoned carts as permitted by State law.

LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
AND AVAILABILITY AND INTENT TO ADOPT A
MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the Lakeport AutoZone Project. The project applicants are Sam LaMonica and AutoZone Inc.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of: a Tentative Parcel Map (PM 14-01) to create four (4) new parcels, a Zone Change (ZC 14-01) from I, Industrial to C-2, Major Retail for proposed parcel 1, a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA 14-01) with 292 Industrial Avenue, and Architectural & Design Review (AR 14-11) of a proposed 7,842 square foot retail building on proposed parcel 1, and a Variance (VA 14-01) to exceed the maximum amount of signage permitted by an additional 85 square feet. The project is located at 301 and 401 Industrial Avenue, Lakeport, and further described as APN 005-045-29 & -30.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Environmental Review (ER 14-01). The proposed Negative Declaration is available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California and at www.cityoflakeport.com .
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
