NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 15-05 requesting a two year time extension for a tentative subdivision map that was approved by Subdivision SD 05-08, UP 05-16.
The project applicant is Sally Kalaveras.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-54.
The project is located at 21000 Santa Clara Road, Middletown, APN 014-380-09.
The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-14 of Richard Dean in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 25-percent reduction of the front yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet to construct an uncovered deck located at 18869 Deer Hill Road, Hidden Valley Lake, CA APN 141-141-08.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT for the grading of 61 acres for a new 55-acre vineyard on an 80-acre parcel, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–32.
The project applicant is Thurston Creek Vineyards LLC.
The project site is located at 8200 S. Highway 29, Lower Lake, CA, APN 009-006-75.
The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on October 23, 2015 and end on November 16 15, 2015.
