NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on DA 14-01 proposing a Development Agreement between County Service Area (CSA) 16-Paradise Valley Water and Brookwood Land Management LLC in order to address a water shortage issue facing this CSA.
The agreement would allow for the developer and CSA 16 to cost share improvements that include an intertie connection pipeline to the Clearlake Oaks County Water District water system and additional 150,000 gallons of storage for the CSA.
These improvements would also benefit the developer who needs these water system improvements in order to move forward with development of the Paradise Valley Ranch project that was approved by the County in 2013 as a Planned Development.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a subsequent negative declaration and adoption of a resolution for the Development Agreement based on Initial Study IS 12-29.
The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on Jan. 29, 2015, at 9:50 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
The negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available 10 days before the hearing.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the subsequent negative declaration will start on January 5, 2015 and end at the hearing on January 29, 2015.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Lake County Board of Supervisors will consider approving the Development Agreement through adoption of an Ordinance on February 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 14-18 of Allen and Rebecca Stark in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit for a 800 square foot carport located at 18360 Ponderosa Trail, Lower lake, CA APN 012-047-21.
