AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the installation of a water main line, storage tank and pump station for the proposed South Main Street, Soda Bay Road Water System, south of Lakeport. The project applicant is Lake County Special Districts.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-10 and will also consider General Plan Conformity Report GPC 15-01.
The project is located south of the city limits of Lakeport, along South Main Street and Soda Bay Road to Manning Creek, and includes an 8 inch water main to connect the new system to the Kelseyville/Finely Water System at Meadow Drive.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, thirty (30) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 14-08 major use permit to remove the existing 3000 square foot market building and construct a new 4500 square foot building and new fuel canopy on approximately 1.5 acres.
A previous use permit to expand the Tower Mart was approved by the Planning Commission in 2008, but the project was not completed and has since expired. The project applicant is Tower Energy Group.
The Planning Commission will re-consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-60.
The project is located at 2935 & 2939 Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 028-092-23 & 028-331-10.
The mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California and the staff report will be available 10 days before the hearing.
