NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 14-01 and RZ 14-02 proposing a general plan amendment of one parcel from Commercial Resort/Rural Residential to Suburban Residential Reserve/Rural Residential and Commercial Resort and a rezone from “CR-DR-SC-WW-FF”, Commercial Resort-Design  Review-Scenic Combining-Waterway-Floodway Fringe; “RR-DR-SC”,  Rural Residential-Design Review-Scenic Combining to “SR-DR-SC-WW-FF” Suburban Reserve-Design Review-Scenic Combining-Waterway-Floodway Fringe; “CR-DR-SC-WW-FF” Commercial Resort-Design Review-Scenic Combining-Waterway-Floodway Fringe and “RR-DR-SC” Rural Residential-Design Review-Scenic Combining.  

The project applicants are Daniel and Donna Streckfus. 

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding the consideration of adoption of a negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-27. 

The project is located at 9435 Konocti Bay Road, Kelseyville, APN 009-016-05. 

The proposed negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on major use permit application UP 14-07 to allow a 1.24 megawatt photovoltaic solar power generation facility with an over-height perimeter fence. 

The project applicant is Pristine Sun LLC.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-25. 

The project is located at 355 Fritch Rd., Lakeport, APNs 007-007-01 and 007-007-02. 

The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
