NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on AA 15-01, appealing departmental denial of request for on-site tasting room and on-site wine-related events. 

The project applicant is Scott Simkover, dba Smiling Dog Ranch.

The project is located at 6675 Kelsey Creek Drive, Kelseyville, CA, and further described as APN 007-014-34.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-01 of Robert Ortiz in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a rear setback reduction from fifteen feet to eleven feet four inches and an amendment to the design standards to allow no eaves to construct a 24-foot by 50-foot metal building for the storage of automobiles and motorcycles.
