NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-18 of Matthew Buckman in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an eight-foot high solid redwood fence within the required side yard setback on property located at 6986 La Helena Dr., Lucerne, California, APN 006-402-39.

SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2013, at 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as time and place to consider A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE LAKE COUNTY CODE CHANGING LIBRARY HOURS.
If adopted as proposed, this ordinance will shift the hours of the libraries in Lakeport, Middletown and Upper Lake, and reduce the Redbud Library hours by one hour on Wednesdays. At the discretion of the Board of Supervisors, during the public hearing, any part of this proposed Ordinance may be amended and/or omitted from the final approved version. A certified copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said place and time, any interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk to the Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Ordinance No. 2013-163: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Adding Section 12-28 of Chapter XII, Cable Communication Franchise of the Municipal Code of the City of Clearlake Enacting An Ordinance Relating to State Video Service Franchises
(SUMMARY PUBLICATION)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2013-163 on September 26, 2013.
The Ordinance authorizes the City to fully exercise the regulatory authority that it retains under the Digital Infrastructure and Video Competition Act of 2006, including to collect franchise fees and PEG fees, and obtain capacity for up to three public access, educational and governmental (PEG) channels.
The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative vote of Mayor Joyce Overton, Vice Mayor Denise Loustalot, Council Members Joey Luiz and Gina Fortino Dickson, with Council Member Jeri Spittler absent.
The full text of the Ordinance is available for public review during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, Ca. 95422.
