Consideration of Ordinance No. 2013-163: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Adding Section 12-28 of Chapter XII, Cable Communication Franchise of the Municipal Code of the City of Clearlake Enacting An Ordinance Relating to State Video Service Franchises

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-163 on September 26, 2013.
The Ordinance would authorize the City to fully exercise the regulatory authority that it retains under the Digital Infrastructure and Video Competition Act of 2006, including to collect franchise fees and PEG fees, and obtain capacity for up to three public access, educational and governmental (PEG) channels.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-02 of Hilda Lopez in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow an already constructed six foot high wood fence along with a locking gate to remain within the required front yard on property located at 9314 Bonham Road, Lower Lake, APN# 012-035-15.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 25, 2013.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2992
On September 3, 2013, the Board of Supervisors passed Ordinance No. 2992, amending Section 21-3.7 of Chapter 21 of the Ordinance Code of the County of Lake by adopting a Sectional District Zoning Map No. 3.7(b)1.390 rezoning 43 parcels located throughout the unincorporated area of the County of Lake. This ordinance will take effect on October 3, 2013. A certified copy of the full text of the adopted ordinance has been posted at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport.
This ordinance was passed by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Comstock, Smith, Farrington, Brown
