The project applicant is La Monica Signs. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 96-08.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Use Permit (MUP 11-07) and associated Grading Permit (GR 11-023) to build a road (driveway) that will access a future home at 7426 Harrington Flat, Loch Lomond (APN 115-018-13).
The project applicant is James Brownell.
