NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 11-15 of Ancha Baumann in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback located at 15516 Joseph Trail, Lower Lake, APN 122-052-01.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 18, 2011 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N.
