Friday Evening All Faith Fellowship offered weekly

HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The Friday Evening All Faith Fellowship is taking place weekly in Middletown.

Everyone is invited to the hour of meditation and music, speakers and sharing, helping and healing, which takes place every Friday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Positive Living Center, Upper Room Ste. No. D, 17568 Spruce Grove Road Extension (see the white flags on Highway 29) in Hidden Valley Lake.

The January theme is “Living Our Purpose.”

If you have ever envisioned an all-inclusive, informal and inspiring gathering, wanted a place to freely share your positive and affirming ideas, and considered joining with others to create and enjoy a loving world, this is the group for you.

Cosponsors are Dr. Betty Lue Lieber, Dr. Robert Waldon, Dr. Will and Madeleine Tuttle, and Pastor Voris Brumfield.

Lakeport Christian Center plans special year-end service Dec. 29

LAKEPORT, Calif. – Lakeport Christian Center will hold its end of the year service on Sunday, Dec. 29.

The special service, which begins at 10:30 a.m., will include the sharing of testimonies from this year.

Everyone is invited.

Middletown Community United Methodist Church plans Christmas Eve, Christmas Day services

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The Middletown Community United Methodist Church will host an ecumenical Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, and an ecumenical Christmas Day service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25.

If your church is not having a Christmas Eve or Christmas Day service, consider participating in the Middletown Community United Methodist's services.

Upper Lake Community United Methodist Church to host Christmas Eve service

UPPER LAKE, Calif. – The Upper Lake Community United Methodist Church will hold a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24.

The majesty of music and the message of Jesus’ birth will fill the candlelight service.

The Chancel Choir, directed by Nick Reid and accompanied by pianist Michelle Wells Trigger, will lead them in the celebration on this holy night.

Pastor Wanda Celli’s inspiring meditation is followed by candle lighting.

The service is open to everyone.

The church is located on the corner of First Street and Clover Valley Road, the corner where friends and family meet, in the town of Upper Lake.
