NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 09-02, of Houser Holdings CA, LLC, on behalf of U Wanna Camp. The appellant is appealing a Notice of Violation issued September 3, 2009, in conjunction with Case #RC98, due to the long-term occupancy of RV spaces on a site with an expired use permit. The location of the alleged zoning violations is at 2699 Scotts Creek Road, Lakeport, APN 005-026-27. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 09-01, RZ 09-03 and UP 07-20 proposing a General Plan Amendment from Service Commercial and Rural Residential to Service Commercial and Industrial, a Rezone from “C3-DR”, Service Commercial – Design Review and “RR-SC”, Rural Residential – Scenic to “C3-DR”, Service Commercial – Design Review and “M2-DR”, Heavy Industrial – Design Review to allow for the establishment of a rock processing and gravel stockpile operation; and a Major Use Permit to replace a previous Major Use Permit that had a ten year life span, to allow the continued operation of a contractor’s truck storage and maintenance yard, on-site fuel storage and dispensing, and a rock processing and gravel stockpile operation. The project is located at 65, 79 and 85 East State Highway 20, Upper Lake, APNs 027-161-02, 05 and 14. The project applicant is Pivniska Trucking (Marilyn Pivniska). The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-11. The Initial Study will be available for review in the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 N Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA twenty (20) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
