NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-14 proposing a major use permit for installation of an underground wash-water infiltration system and above ground clarifying tanks. No change in capacity is proposed. The project applicant is Riviera West Mutual Water Company. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-34. The project is located at 8520 and 8560 Soda Bay Road, Kelseyville. CA., APN’s 044-340-24 and 25. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 30 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 08-05 proposing a Parcel Map to divide ± 2.64 acres into four parcels. The project applicants are Valley Homes Brokers. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-18. The project is located at 18767 East Ridge View Drive, Hidden Valley Lake, CA, APN 141-072-16. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing.
