NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-14 proposing a major use permit for installation of an underground wash-water infiltration system and above ground clarifying tanks. No change in capacity is proposed. The project applicant is Riviera West Mutual Water Company. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-34.
