THE LAKE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OFFICE, would like to remind the voters of Lake County that a Governing Board Member Election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, to fill the offices of Governing Board Member (for a term of 4-four years unless otherwise indicated) of the following Community College District, County Board of Education and School Districts that shall become vacant on the first Friday in December, 2009 or until a successor is elected and qualifies for office:

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a minor use permit (MUP 09-17) for T-Mobile, 1855 Gateway Blvd, Concord, CA in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow for the collocation of six (6) panel antennas, one microwave dish and associated ground based equipment on an existing permitted wireless telecommunication tower. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 01-75. The property is located at 16520 Davis Street, Clearlake, CA and further described as APN 010-053-11. The previously approved mitigated negative declaration is available for review and the proposed conditions of approval will be available July 30, 2009 in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 30, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 5, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
