NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application MUP 09-10 to allow an as-build six-foot high fence in the front yard for property located at 9889 and 9909 Crestview Drive, Clearlake Park, APN 036-431-12 and 13. The project applicant is Lawrence Israel. The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 09-14 for a proposed grading permit to excavate 24,500 cubic yards of material at 10955 Sam Alley Road, Upper Lake (APN 201-091-01) that will be exported to a proposed new gaming facility site at 635 E. State Highway 20, Upper Lake. The project applicant is Jan Slikker. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.


The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 18, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 26, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
