NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-19 of Walter Posey in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of an eight (8) foot to ten (10) foot high fence along a 120 foot length of the north side yard on property located at 4730 Lakeshore Blvd, Lakeport and further described as APN 029-312-11. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on MRS-08-01, proposing a Merger of three lots and Re-subdivision of approximately 292 acres to four lots. The project applicant is Rick Todd. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-05. The project is located at 3800 Lakeview Drive and 4410, 5150 & 5170 Bartlett Springs Road, Nice, CA, and further described as APNs 004-018-14 and 15 and 004-028-14 and 15.
