NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the application of Red Mountain Ranch Subdivision for approval of a Final Subdivision Map (FM 08-03) to create 14 residential lots on 140 acres. The project is located at 16239 Spruce Grove Road, CA, and further described as APN 013-060-38. The project applicant is John Phillip Ownbey. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-40) based on Initial Study 08-35 of HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE ASSOCIATION in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the existing stables area to be open to the general public for riding lessons and summer horse camps.
