NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-19 of Walter Posey in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of an eight (8) foot to ten (10) foot high fence along a 120 foot length of the north side yard on property located at 4730 Lakeshore Blvd, Lakeport and further described as APN 029-312-11. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 2, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 8, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on MRS-08-01, proposing a Merger of three lots and Re-subdivision of approximately 292 acres to four lots. The project applicant is Rick Todd. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-05. The project is located at 3800 Lakeview Drive and 4410, 5150 & 5170 Bartlett Springs Road, Nice, CA, and further described as APNs 004-018-14 and 15 and 004-028-14 and 15. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available 10 days before the hearing.
