NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 09-13 of Lindsey and Marc Yaffee in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow operation of a small kennel for up to 7 dogs located at 9320 Kelsey Creek Drive, Kelseyville and further described as APN 011-041-14. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 25, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room D, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-03 proposing a major use permit to allow for the construction of a large reservoir. The project applicant is Beckstoffer Vineyards. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-03. The project is located at 7900 S. State Hwy. 29, Kelseyville and further described as APN 009-022-77. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
