NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-02 proposing a major use permit to allow the development of an outdoor moto-cross recreational complex including the construction of four (4) motorcycle tracks and other moto-cross amenities. The project applicants are Lisa Rogers and Jeff Mann. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-02. The project is located at 24736 East State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks and further described as APN 006-018-32. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
