NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 07-12 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 81.6 acres to create 4 parcels. The project applicant is David Gonsalves. The Planning Commission will consider adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-51. The project is located at 20102 Jaclyn Drive, Middletown and further described as APN 013-060-39. The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
