NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-25 proposing a major use permit for the expansion of the existing trash hauling facility operations to a designated Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility proposing a new 12,000 square foot building exceeding the maximum allowed height limit. The project applicant is Lake County Waste Solutions, Inc. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-36. The project is located at 230 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 008-001-24.
