NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-25 proposing a major use permit for the expansion of the existing trash hauling facility operations to a designated Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility proposing a new 12,000 square foot building exceeding the maximum allowed height limit. The project applicant is Lake County Waste Solutions, Inc. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-36. The project is located at 230 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 008-001-24. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on review of application UP 05-22 proposing a time extension for a previously approved major use permit to allow the North Shore Christian Fellowship Church with amplified music, off-site parking (joint use parking agreement with West America Bank) and extended hours of operation (24 hours per day).
