NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VARIANCE PERMIT 08-02 of Charles Goodman to allow an as-built, detached Granny Unit within “R1”-Single Family Residential zone on property located at 9101 Glenhaven Drive, Glenhaven, and further described as APN# 035-012-13. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on December 11, 2008 at 9:15 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE CRISTALLAGO DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL. The purpose of this hearing is to provide increased opportunities for public comment on the Draft EIR. The comment period is open through December 29, 2008.
