NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application DR 08-02 proposing a Design Review Permit to develop a 1,324 square foot commercial building for use as a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating areas and a drive-through on property located at 21040 South State Highway 29 in Middletown and further described as APN 024-491-13. The General Plan Update sets forth a 20-year development plan for the unincorporated area of the County of Lake.
