NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on MUP 08-15, proposing a minor use permit for the use of an existing 8,750 square foot building for the operation of a frame and auto body shop. The project applicant is Gene R. Schaffer. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-15.
