NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-12 proposing a major use permit for a 200 square foot off-site advertising billboard sign. The project applicant is Glenn Mueller. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-42. The project is located at 5860 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 008-061-39. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
