NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 08-02 proposing a two year time extension for Forest Glen Estates Subdivision SD 05-06 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 15 residential lots on 18 acres. The project is located at 5800 Wilkinson Road, Kelseyville, CA, and further described as APN 008-052-30. The project applicants are Thomas & Anna Macomber.

The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-44. The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
