NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application DR 08-02 proposing a Design Review Permit to develop a 1,324 square foot commercial building for use as a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating areas and a drive-through on property located at 21040 South State Highway 29 in Middletown and further described as APN 024-491-13. The public hearing for the Design Review Permit will be held in Conference Room C on the 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. The General Plan Update sets forth a 20-year development plan for the unincorporated area of the County of Lake.

The proposed General Plan Update is available for review by the public on the Community Development Department's link on the County Web site: www.co.lake.ca.us.
