NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on applications GPAP 07-10 and RZ 07-18 proposing a general plan amendment from Medium and High Density Residential to Local Commercial and a rezone from “R1” Single-Family Residential to “C1-DR” Local Commercial—Design Review for a portion of this site, and a major use permit UP 07-17 to remove the existing 3000 square foot market building and construct a new 8000 square foot market building and two new dispenser fuel canopies.
