NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on an Administrative Appeal (AA 08-01) of the Community Development Departments determination to deny a building permit for a single-family dwelling on a rural residential zoned parcel already containing a legal non-conforming duplex. The appellants are Merle and Ruthann Loney. The project is located at 5140 Panorama Road, Lower Lake, CA and further described as APN 010-033-21. The staff report will be available at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the City of Lakeport Zoning Ordinance including not allowing bed and breakfast inns in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District and requiring bed and breakfast inns to have at least 10,000 SF of land area when located on the shoreline of Clear Lake.
This hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.
