NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 06-63) based on Initial Study 06-106 for John and Joanne Van Eck in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a commercial stable, riding academy and clubhouse facility. The property is located at 4965 Steelhead Drive, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 008-018-15. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application AM 07-03 and CE 07-110 proposing amendments to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to telecommunications facilities, including Cellular towers.
