NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 06-32, proposing a Parcel Map to divide 60 acres into three parcels. The project applicant is Jack Parker. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-104. The project is located at 12762 South State Highway 29, Lower Lake, CA, and further described as APN 012-023-25. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing.
