NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PMX 07-12, proposing a two-year extension of time for an approved tentative parcel map (PM 05-14). The project applicant is Dan and Joni Prather. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-45. The project is located at 8650 Harrington Flat Road, Cobb and further described APNs 011-068-48. The staff report will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, ten (10) days before the hearing.
