NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider approving Design Review PL 25-23; DR 23-03; and Mitigated Negative Declaration; IS 23-08 with no public hearing on: July 2, 2025, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted on June 26, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development Department Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in Conference Room C, 3 rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Design Review (PL 25-23; DR 23-03)

The hearing (if requested) will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countylake.legistar.com/calendar.aspx.

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, the Little Hoover Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing on California's electricity costs at 10 a.m. The hearing will be conducted via Zoom and will also be accessible at 925 L Street, Suite 175, Sacramento, CA 95814. No Commissioners will be present at this location.
The following commissioners will attend the hearing remotely: Pedro Nava, Anthony Cannella, Dion Aroner, David Beier, Senator Christopher Cabaldon, Assemblymember Phillip Chen, Gil Garcetti, José Atilio Hernández, Jason Johnson, Gayle Miller, Assemblymember Liz Ortega, and Janna Sidley.

Agenda items may be taken out of order to accommodate speakers and to maintain a quorum. The hearing may be canceled without notice.
The Commission has also canceled its business meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 3.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an Appeal (AB-PL-25-85) of Planning Commission’s Revocation of Major Use Permit (UP 20-50); for Commercial Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation of up to 110,000 sf; located at 26102 19N16 Road, Lake Pillsbury (APN 001-030-36): Permittee: John Evans/Pillsbury Family Farms.
The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors' Chamber in the Courthouse on TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
