NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider approving Minor Use Permit (PL-25-315) with no public hearing on: February 04, 2026, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted on January 29, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development Department Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport CA. Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 04, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Minor Use Permit (PL-25-315) to convert 6,720 square feet of existing tenant space (suites 25-30) into a medical clinic for Sutter Health.
