NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-39) on Thursday May 23, 2019, 9:45 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-46) and Variance (VR 19-01) on Thursday, May 23, 2019, 1:00 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Applicant: Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless). Owner: Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company.
Proposed Project: Allow co-location of telecommunication equipment on an existing sixty (60) foot tall AT&T lattice tower and a Variance to allow a reduction from the required twenty (20) foot wide access easement to existing ten (10) foot wide access easement and a reduction from the required 50 foot setback from property lines to the existing setbacks which, are approximately less than five (5) feet.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-001), Minor Use Permit (MUP18-01), and Initial Study (IS18-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., May 22, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
