AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-46) and Variance (VR 19-02), CE 18-71 on Thursday April 11, 2019, 9:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant: CELLCO PARTNERSHIP (VERIZON WIRELESS). Owner: Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company.
Proposed Project: Allow co-location of telecommunication equipment on an existing sixty (60) foot tall AT&T lattice tower and a Variance to allow a reduction from the required twenty (20) foot wide access easement to ten (10) feet and a reduction from the required 100 foot setback to 50 feet as currently exist.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application AM 19-02, proposing a ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT prepared for THE COUNTY OF LAKE to ALLOW AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 27 PERTAINING TO ADULT PERSONAL USE, QUALIFIED PATIENT AND PRIMARY CAREGIVER CULTIVATION, COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION AND TO ESTABLISH A PERMIT PROCESS FOR MICROBUSINESS AND AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 18 AND 19 TO ESTABLISH A PERMIT PROCESS FOR RETAIL SALES OF CANNABIS.
Environmental Evaluation: Exempt from CEQA pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 26055(h) for the adoption of an ordinance, rule, or regulation by a local jurisdiction that requires discretionary review and approval of permits, licenses, or other authorizations to engage in commercial cannabis activity where the discretionary review in any such law, ordinance, rule, or regulation includes any applicable environmental review pursuant to Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code; and, under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
The proposed text of the ordinance revision and staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.
