NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator and the Development Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR18-010) and Design Review (DR19-02) with a public hearing on June 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: JUSTIN RATCLIFFE.

Project: Grading up to 3,500 cubic yards to prepare the site, and Design Review for two new commercial buildings.
