NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-27) on Thursday March 28, 2019, 9:55 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license, one A-Type 3 outdoor to allow a total of 43,560 s.f. of canopy area and 46,500 square feet of outdoor cultivation area.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 20, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 27, 2019 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
