NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-39) on Thursday May 23, 2019, 9:45 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-46) and Variance (VR 19-01) on Thursday, May 23, 2019, 1:00 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless). Owner: Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company.

Proposed Project: Allow co-location of telecommunication equipment on an existing sixty (60) foot tall AT&T lattice tower and a Variance to allow a reduction from the required twenty (20) foot wide access easement to existing ten (10) foot wide access easement and a reduction from the required 50 foot setback from property lines to the existing setbacks which, are approximately less than five (5) feet.
